Customer Success Manager - account health (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Orchard Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Indianapolis focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on billing accounts issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
