Customer Success Manager - account health (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Basin Banking Services is a regional lender in Honolulu with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on branch operations issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
