Customer Success Manager - account health (Hartford, CT)

Summit North Staffing places workers with employers around Hartford, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on temp assignments issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
