Customer Success Manager - account health (Fresno, CA)

Cedar Ember Financial Group is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on account servicing issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
