Customer Success Manager - account health (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Meadow Markets Group is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 884 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on store inventory issues. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
