Customer Success Manager - account health (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Rowan Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around El Paso. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on account health. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on billing disputes issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
