Customer Success Manager - account health (El Paso, TX)

Nova Meridian Banking Services is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 801 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on card disputes issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
