Customer Success Manager - account health (Detroit, MI)

Silverline Sable Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Detroit. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on account health. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on store inventory issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
