Customer Success Manager - account health (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Birch Telecom Group is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on network equipment issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
