Customer Success Manager - account health (Chicago, IL)

Harborlight Fern Telecom Group is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 351 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on network equipment issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
