Customer Success Manager - account health (Boise, ID)

Silverline North Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Boise, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. You would join a large organisation of about 904 people based in Boise. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on supplier deliveries issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
