Customer Success Manager - account health (Baltimore, MD)

Stonegate Maple Staffing is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 266 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on client orders issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
