Customer Success Manager - account health (Baltimore, MD)

Bright Sparrow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Baltimore area. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on outage reports issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
