Customer Success Manager - account health (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield Financial is a financial-services company in Atlanta. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on loan applications issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
