Customer Success Manager - account health (Anchorage, AK)

Summit Wilder Staffing is a Anchorage staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on onboarding issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
