Customer Success Manager - account health (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Haven Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Albuquerque, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. You would join a large organisation of about 876 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on policy renewals issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
