You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles.
