Nova Quill Civic Services works with county and city offices around Tulsa, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about constituent requests. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
