Northwind Summit Insurance is an insurance company in Toledo with claims and service teams, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about catastrophe response. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Basic SEO knowledge.
