Bluepeak Loom Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Toledo, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
