Bright North Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Toledo area. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about water quality. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
