Content Writer - website copy (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Kestrel Housing and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about waiting lists. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
