Highbridge River Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Savannah. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter reading. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
