Lumen Willow Insurance is an insurance company in Savannah with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about catastrophe response. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
