We are growing our team at Clearpath Yarrow Civic Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about constituent requests. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Basic SEO knowledge.
