Bluepeak Rook Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Rochester, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
