Highbridge Cross Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Albuquerque serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
