Content Writer - website copy (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Ashton Civic Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about procurement. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
