Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Rivermark Basin Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Knoxville serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
