Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Westbrook Fern Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Portland design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about accessibility audits. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
