Content Writer - website copy (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Vale Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
