Content Writer - website copy (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ivory Banking Services Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
