Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Northwind Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Honolulu serving households and small businesses, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
