Content Writer - website copy (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Rook Housing and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
