Westbrook Union Energy is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on website copy for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
