Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Nova Timber Insurance is an insurance company in Tampa with claims and service teams, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
