Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Fernwood West Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Dallas, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service installations. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
