Harborlight Rowan Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around St. Louis. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
