Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Stonegate Cross Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Miami design routes and schedules, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about accessibility audits. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
