Amberfield West Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Des Moines design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
