Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Northwind Cedar Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Charleston serving households and small businesses, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
