Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Atlanta. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
