Content Writer - website copy (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ashton Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about accessibility audits. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
