We are growing our team at Northwind Pine Press and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer orders. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
