Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Silverline Orchard Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Minneapolis region. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
