Foxglove Haven Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the St. Louis area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
