Summit Stone Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Baltimore. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about usage data. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Basic SEO knowledge.
