Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Northwind Timber Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Providence. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
