Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Nova Willow Insurance Group is an insurance company in Minneapolis with claims and service teams, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
