Northwind West Energy is an energy provider in Boise focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage response. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
